As a Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in shaping memorable dining moments, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for through refined, seamless service.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence
• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all items.
• Build genuine connections with guests to ensure satisfaction, offering attentive and personalized service throughout their meal.
Menu Knowledge & Upselling
• Comply with Auberge Collection service standards, while thoughtfully suggesting unique menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, providing informed recommendations with confidence and grace.
Order Management & Accuracy
• Accurately take and place guest orders, promptly input them into the POS system, and manage billing with precision.
• Ensure clear communication with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow.
Operational Excellence & Cleanliness
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure the restaurant and outlets remain tidy, organized, and in full compliance with safe food handling procedures.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry required.
• Prior experience in a luxury hospitality property highly recommended.
Skills & Knowledge
• Good knowledge of food and wine, with the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations to guests.
• Superior professional appearance, polished manner, and strong interpersonal skills suited to a fast-paced team environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
Availability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to departmental needs.
