Le tue Responsabilità
– Demonstrate a strong understanding of RH’s prep recipes, consistently adhering to standards of quality, portioning, and technique
– Prepare daily mise en place with accuracy and timeliness, working independently while contributing to the overall readiness of the kitchen
– Maintain a high level of organization and focus while executing multiple recipes with detailed steps simultaneously
– Uphold RH’s standards of quality and cleanliness, with particular attention to prep stations, ingredient storage areas, labeling and rotation practices
– Partner with location leadership to determine the prep priorities, timelines and quantities in support of upcoming services
Chi Cerchiamo
– 2+ years of relevant culinary experience with a focus on prep and recipe execution
– Working knowledge of local food safety and sanitation regulations
– Legal authorization to work in the country of application at time of hire
– Meets the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
– Commitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform guidelines, grooming, and hygiene practices, to ensure a professional presentation to guests
– Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as business needs require
– Perform precise, continuous culinary techniques, including knife work, chopping, stirring, whisking, and plating with consistency and care
– Maintain heightened awareness and focus to support safety, flawless execution, and seamless coordination within the culinary team
Requisiti fisici
– Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching, both overhead and below counter height
– Lifting or moving items up to 25 kgs using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques
– Standing and walking for extended periods as part of daily work activities
– Work performed in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment, including exposure to high and low temperatures and movement through busy work areas
– Hearing and responding to verbal instructions, kitchen communications, and safety alerts necessary for safe and effective operations
– Safely ascending and descending stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipment
– Ongoing adherence to safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards in a commercial kitchen environment
– Sustaining focus and composure while working across high-temperature and low-temperature stations in a dynamic, high-energy setting
– Reading and interpreting printed or digital preparation lists and recipes as required during daily operations
