As a Culinary Artisan, you will bring creativity, precision, and dedication to the kitchen brigade, helping to craft extraordinary dining experiences that delight and inspire our guests. Your role is central to delivering the unforgettable flavors that define our hospitality.

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
Culinary Excellence & Versatility
• Work across all kitchen positions, adapting to business demands and ensuring consistency in preparation and presentation.
• Assist fellow team members with mentorship, daily preparations, and technique guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Special Functions & Events
• Support the Chef in executing specialty dinners, private events, and functions with minimal supervision.
• Contribute creativity and expertise to elevate unique dining experiences.
Menu Development
• Collaborate with the Chef to develop daily features and special menus, ensuring alignment with the cuisine theme of the outlets.
• Propose innovative ideas that enhance the culinary identity of the property.
Operational Support
• Assist with food requisitions and ordering under the Chef’s guidance, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in stock management.

Qualifications
Experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong focus on precision, detail, and consistency in plate presentation and overall dish quality.
• Creativity and passion for developing innovative culinary experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.
