In the role of In-Room Dining Chef de Rang, you are the ambassador of this experience within the guest’s personal space, delivering refined, seamless service with warmth, precision, and attention to every detail.

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
• Be visibly engaged in the operation, ensuring that each guest interaction reflects elegance, attentiveness, and authentic hospitality.
• Create meaningful connections with guests by recognizing preferences, anticipating needs, and handling requests, concerns, or special occasions with discretion and care.
• Provide a memorable in-room dining experience that feels personal, refined, and effortless.
• Carry out all duties of an in-Room Dining Server as needed, contributing to a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
• Ensure the timely, accurate, and graceful delivery and setup of all food and beverage items in the guest room.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine, and spirits selection, offering confident and thoughtful recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
• Uphold Auberge service standards while enhancing the guest experience through subtle upselling and personalized suggestions.
• Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system, ensuring precision in billing and communication with kitchen and bar teams.
• Guarantee quality, presentation, and timeliness of all items delivered to guest rooms.
Qualifications
• Minimum of two years of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry required.
• Prior experience in a luxury hospitality property highly recommended.
• Good knowledge of food and wine, with the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations to guests.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to departmental needs.
