F&B Rerevations Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and professional F&B Reservation Agent for our 5-star luxury hotel, located in the heart of Milan’s fashion district. Our hotel combines sophisticated elegance with minimalist design, offering a unique experience to our guests through refined restaurants, an exclusive spa, and bespoke service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks and data management using a PC and Microsoft Office (including Excel);
• Manage restaurant and bar reservations, monitoring the reservation book and table occupancy;
• Answer telephone calls according to company standards and provide information about the restaurant and hotel services;
• Welcome guests professionally and courteously, escorting them to their tables and ensuring a flawless experience;
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or issues promptly;
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus);
• Previous experience as an F&B Hostess or in similar roles within luxury dining environments;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure;
• Excellent professional appearance and demeanor;
• Proficiency in main IT tools and Microsoft Office.

• Contract type: Full-Time, 6 months;
• Location: Milan, Italy;
