Figure ricercate:
– Specialty Restaurant Manager Gourmet: The Specialty Restaurant Manager leads a premium onboard dining outlet. The role involves managing the team, increasing revenue, and overseeing all operational aspects to ensure a flawless guest experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and relevant experience in high-end restaurants.

We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership, with upper secondary school diploma or higher, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role on cruise ships or in high-volume restaurants (500+ seats) in 4/5-star hotels, and with a good knowledge of English and Italian (at a B2 level) plus one additional language between German or French at B1 level or higher.
