Armani Hotel Milano – A five-star luxury hotel that embodies sophisticated elegance with its minimalist design. Nestled in the heart of Milan’s fashion district, the hotel offers an unparalleled blend of comfort and style, featuring refined dining, a serene spa, and bespoke service tailored to each guest’s needs.

Main Responsibilities:
• Support the Front Office Manager in the daily operations of the department.
• Ensure an impeccable guest welcome and assistance service, in line with international luxury hotel standards.
• Coordinate, train, and motivate the Front Office team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Supervise check-in/check-out procedures and internal and external communication flows.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests, anticipating needs and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, primarily with Housekeeping for the correct management and assignment of rooms, to guarantee a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Requirements:
• Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in similar roles within 4 or 5-star properties.
• Excellent command of Italian and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Guest-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and main IT systems/software.
