Company: Leading International Luxury Tour Operator (Headquartered in North America)
A leading international luxury Tour Operator (B2B), headquartered in North America and serving a global clientele including North America, Australia, Asia (China and India), is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Travel Designer to join its team in Naples, Italy.
This position is designed for professionals with a strong background in luxury travel design, capable of curating sophisticated, tailor-made itineraries across Europe for a discerning international audience.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the luxury travel sector, gained within a travel agency and/or tour operator
• Solid experience in designing bespoke, high-end itineraries and managing premium suppliers across Europe
Please note:
Applications from candidates with less than 5 years of experience in the luxury travel industry will be automatically excluded from the selection process.
Preferred Profile:
• Well-travelled, with a strong first-hand knowledge of European destinations
• Familiarity with the expectations and service standards of an international luxury clientele

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
