– Pool Attendant | Seasonal
The Pool Attendant is a vital member of the service team, providing a warm welcome to all guests as they enter the pool area, and providing general Food & Beverage service to guests in and around the pool area. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for providing amenities to guests and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the Pool areas.

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all items.
• Build genuine connections with guests to ensure satisfaction, offering attentive and personalized service throughout their meal.
• Provide Food & Beverage service to guests in lounges and cabanas.
• Serve drinks and food promptly, ensuring cleanliness of Pool areas.
• Comply with Auberge Collection service standards, while thoughtfully suggesting unique menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, providing informed recommendations with confidence and grace.
• Accurately take and place guest orders, promptly input them into the POS system, and manage billing with precision.

Qualifications
• Minimum of one year of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry required.
• Prior experience in a luxury hospitality property highly recommended.
• Superior professional appearance, polished manner, and strong interpersonal skills suited to a fast-paced team environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
