Night Auditor
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Night Auditor for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and handling any issue that may arise during the night. This role requires a leader, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage pressure.
Main responsibilities:
– Oversee hotel operations during the night shift.
– Handle check ins, check outs, cashier operations, guests’ assistance and conciergerie, according to Borgo Santo Pietro and LHW procedures, in compliance with our code of conduct.
– Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
– Ensure the safety and security of our guests.
– Daily closure & cashier check for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control highlighting any discrepancy and checking financial transactions.
– Assist with all guest’s requests.
– Handle & assist emergencies according to procedures and provide first aid if necessary.
– Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
– Submit a night report daily.
Candidate profile:
– Fluent level of English and Italian languages.
– Previous work experience in a similar position in 5 stars hotels is an asset.
– Knowledge of hospitality software and accounting checks.
– Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
