HR Business Partner
Following two years of extensive renovation, the historic Albergo Italia reopens under the new name Le Graal Cortina, part of the luxury collection “Le Graal”.

The primary objective of the team is to excel in every aspect of the guest experience — from warm welcomes and personalized attention to the high quality and uniqueness of dining and wellness services.
Our HR Business Partner is a key member of the Management, supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and processes that foster a positive workplace culture and uphold the Hotel’s high standards of excellence. Working closely with the Cluster HR Team, the General Manager of the Hotel and Head of departments, the HRBP ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting employees’ engagement and satisfaction, professional development, LQA quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all team members.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, payroll documentation and attendance tracking with TeamSystem HR App.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures and labor law compliance.

- Help organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs and internal communications.
- Participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics, KPIs and audit requirements.
- Foster a culture of respect, diversity & inclusion and continuous improvement within the Hotel environment.
Prerequisites
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an HRBP, HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
- Solid understanding of Italian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility, adaptability and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Legal right to work in Italy.
