Chef de Partie
We’re looking for a passionate Chef de partie to join our team at The Hoxton Hotel in Rome.
In May 2021 we opened The Hoxton Hotel in Rome and we’re looking for an experienced Chef de partie to play a crucial part in successfully leading and coaching the kitchen staff.
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will be responsible to manage the day-to-day activities for your partie, collaborating synergically also with the other chef de parties.You contribute with your team to create memorable experiences for the Guests. You hold yourself to a high level of professionalism, customer centricity and integrity, making key decisions based on what is best for our Guests, our Hoxton Hotel and the kitchen people who make it operate successfully day to day.
The Hoxton, Rome is our 10th Hoxton and boasts 192 bedrooms of different sizes. Cugino is our large coffee bar and takeaway counter, and Elio is our light-flooded restaurant. The Apartment is our unique meetings & events space concept, consisting of 5 rooms connecting to our communal kitchen area.
What you’ll do…
· Bringing delicious flavours to our Guests’ tables by managing one of the parties of our smooth-running kitchen,· Creating, executing and producing top-notch dishes with a constant eye on the highest quality standards, presentation and flavours,· Ensuring HACCP compliance,· Keeping well-organized storerooms and inventories for our structured kitchen,· Nurturing and developing the talent of the commis de partie, keeping an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves,· Guaranteeing efficiency and punctuality regarding the orders and deliveries, a smooth service and sky-high food hygiene standard

· Previous experience as Chef de partie of a fast-moving kitchen team,· Love for particular and refined flavours,· Passion for learning and development of a hard-working team,· Individuals.
