– Guest Services Agent/Doorman will be responsible for:
• members transports
• greeting members and guests assisting them with their luggage during arrival and departure,
• managing errands, parcels and shopping bags, delivering grocery to the members and guest
• assisting with the event set up
• Possess a valid driving license and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the entrance and luggage storage areas and support members and guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, offering personalised recommendations and service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Previous experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
