The Gstaad Palace with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a legendary nightclub is an internationally renowned 5-star luxury hotel. It is owned by the Scherz family and is one of the last traditional family-run Grand Hotels – a Swiss landmark.

We are currently looking for, or by arrangement a

Assistant Executive Housekeeper (m/w)
Seasonal contract (winter season 2025/2026)

Your area of responsibility includes:

• You will support our Executive Housekeeper in all aspects of daily work
• You ensure a smooth working process on the floors and in the public areas
• You will actively support the team in organising inventories and basic cleaning in the off-season
• You will develop and conduct training sessions according to LQA standards
• You will help to lead, motivate and optimise our long-standing international housekeeping team
• Guest care is your top priority, and you enjoy using your foreign language skills with confidence and ease.

Qualifications:

• You have completed an apprenticeship with solid housekeeping knowledge
• You have already gained experience in a comparable position in the 5-star hotel industry
• You are flexible in dealing with changes and challenges in the hotel industry in the luxury segment
• You are fluent in German and English, other languages are welcome
