Travel Designer

YPI (Your Private Italy), a Tour Operator with offices in Salerno, is looking for travel designers to assist with current organization needs.

YPI specializes in high-end, luxury travel vacations to Italy.
Our ideal applicant has specific and significant experience in this sector, however, young professionals with limited experience, yet interested in the travel business are welcome to apply. Command of the English language (written/spoken) is paramount. Job requirements may include customer care, supplier relations, sales, and product development.
Staff work from both our office and in smart-working.

Position Description:
Creating unique and personalized travel itineraries for clients, focusing on their specific interests and needs to craft a tailor-made journey.
This role involves destination research, managing all logistics—such as booking flights and accommodations—organizing activities, and providing continuous support to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and expectations.
• Logistics Management: Booking and managing all travel services.
• Supplier Relations: Maintaining relationships with travel vendors and partners.
• Customer Support: Providing ongoing assistance to clients throughout their trip

We offer full time contracts for min 12 months starting over the next months, preferably within January 2026.
