As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are seeking a Junior Concierge to join our Concierge Team.
Role Description
As Junior Concierge, you will be the first step in delivering the legendary service experience of San Clemente Palace Venice. This entry-level luxury hospitality role supports the Concierge team in providing thoughtful, personalized assistance while creating unforgettable Venetian moments for our international guests.
You will act as a knowledgeable and welcoming point of contact, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of service, discretion, and attention to detail.
Your main responsibilities will include
• Warmly welcoming guests and visitors and serving as a primary source of information about the hotel and its facilities
• Providing tailored recommendations for restaurants, cultural events, local attractions, and hidden gems in Venice and the lagoon islands
• Assisting with restaurant reservations, museum tickets, theatre performances, and exclusive guest experiences
• Coordinating private water taxi and airport transfers with precision and attention to detail
• Handling routine guest requests promptly and courteously
• Maintaining accurate records of guest arrangements, preferences, and special requests
• Managing incoming and outgoing guest mail, packages, and deliveries
• Liaising closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Maintaining the organization and presentation of the Concierge desk and public information areas
• Anticipating guest needs and supporting creative solutions to enhance the guest experience
• Upholding the highest standards of luxury, professionalism, and discretion
• Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role within a luxury hotel or high-end service environment
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• A genuine passion for Venice, its culture, history, gastronomy, and lifestyle
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanour suitable for a five-star environment

• Type of work: Full time
• Location: Venice, Italy – Based on San Clemente Island, Venice (daily boat transfers required)
• You must possess the legal right to work in Italy
