Figure ricercate:
– Digital assistant: the Digital Assistant is responsible for managing shipboard retail communication services (Internet), the Costa App, and onboard digital platforms. The role aims to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience by providing efficient support with Wi-Fi access and Costa App usage, while also exceeding the revenue and satisfaction targets set by the Company.
The ideal candidate has a Secondary School degree, minimum of 1 year experience in retail or guest service roles, ideally within mobile phone or consumer electronics stores and a strong knowledge (at least B2 level) of English and Italian + a third language (at least at B1 level).
