Figure ricercate:
– Hospitality Operator: The Hospitality Operator provides accurate and timely information about the cruise services, handles complaints and requests from the Guests in order to deliver an effective, courteous, and professional service. The ideal candidate has a Secondary School degree (tourism or languages), at least 6 months experience in hotels in similar positions (receptionist, customer service) and a strong knowledge (at least B2 level) of English and a second language + a third language (at least at B1 level).

Second and third language amongst Italian, French, German, Spanish.
