Figure ricercate:
– Photographer: The Photographer is responsible for catching our Guests most important moments by proposing a high-quality photographic product with spontaneity and kindness. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school diploma, specific experience as a photographer, Language skills in English (minimum B1 level) and should be expert with sales techniques and problem solving oriented.
– Land Experience Expert/Seller: The Land Experience Expert e Seller are the driving force behind achieving revenue targets and ensuring guest satisfaction. The purpose of the role is offering attractive tour packages during the cruise and assist guests in local excursions, always respecting the company’s safety standards. The ideal candidate should have Secondary school diploma in Tourism or Languages (bachelor’s degree is highly appreciated), a proven track in Sales, Language skills in English and in 2 other languages (Italian, French, German, Chinese) at B2 level.
– Shop Specialist: The shop specialist oversees the department under his/her responsibility (jewelry, watches, apparel or cosmetic) and assists in other areas as needed. The aim of the position is providing excellent customer service, ensure high standards of merchandising and marketing displays. The shop specialist will also monitor stock levels and implement inventory control measures. We seek a retail professional with a high school diploma, B2 English, and at least one year of experience. A hospitality degree, additional languages, and cruise ship experience are preferred.
– Animator cruise staff: The Adult Animator is responsible for organizing and leading onboard entertainment activities to engage and connect guests: is in charge of managing customer feedback and collaborating with other departments to improve the overall onboard experience. We are looking for a creative and outgoing individual with a high school diploma, with a good command of spoken English (B1 level) and knowledge of another language. The ideal candidate has strong communication and public speaking skills and previous experience as an entertainer.
– Specialty Restaurant Manager Gourmet: The Specialty Restaurant Manager leads a premium onboard dining outlet. The role involves managing the team, increasing revenue, and overseeing all operational aspects to ensure a flawless guest experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and relevant experience in high-end restaurants. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership, with upper secondary school diploma or higher, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role on cruise ships or in high-volume restaurants (500+ seats) in 4/5-star hotels, and with a good knowledge of English and Italian (at a B2 level) plus one additional language between German or French at B1 level or higher.
– Junior Editor: The Junior Editor is responsible for all written communication onboard. This includes designing and producing a wide range of materials such as daily programs, show schedules, menus, signage, and promotional content. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in printed communication and be confident working with layout and typography for physical formats. Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential. A diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required. Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment are key to success in this role. Language skills in English and in 2 other languages (Italian, French, German, Chinese) at B2 level.
– Hospitality Operator: The Hospitality Operator provides accurate and timely information about the cruise services, handles complaints and requests from the Guests in order to deliver an effective, courteous, and professional service. The ideal candidate has a Secondary School degree (tourism or languages), at least 6 months experience in hotels in similar positions (receptionist, customer service) and a strong knowledge (at least B2 level) of English and a second language + a third language (at least at B1 level). Second and third language amongst Italian, French, German, Spanish.
– Digital assistant: the Digital Assistant is responsible for managing shipboard retail communication services (Internet), the Costa App, and onboard digital platforms. The role aims to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience by providing efficient support with Wi-Fi access and Costa App usage, while also exceeding the revenue and satisfaction targets set by the Company. The ideal candidate has a Secondary School degree, minimum of 1 year experience in retail or guest service roles, ideally within mobile phone or consumer electronics stores and a strong knowledge (at least B2 level) of English and Italian + a third language (at least at B1 level).
