The Guest Services Agent/Doorman will be responsible for
• members transports
• greeting members and guests
• assisting them with their luggage during arrival and departure,
• managing errands, parcels and shopping bags
• assisting with the event set up
• delivering grocery to the members and guest
Other responsibilities will be ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the entrance and luggage storage room and assisting members and guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, adding your personal recommendations and touches in order to provide our members/guests the highest levels of service excellence.
Our Ideal Guest Services Agent candidate will have:
• Previous experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach.
• You must possess a valid driving license and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
