Food & Beverage Manager sul Lago di Garda
A five-star hotel on Garda Lake, belonging to an international chain, is searching for a Food & Beverage Manager.
Under the guidance of the General Manager, our F&B Manager evaluates and ensures that long-term and short-term goals of all Food & Beverage operations are met: directs and manages all food & beverage activities to maximise food & beverage revenue, profitability and quality goals by developing and executing marketing and up-selling strategies, costs controlling and providing quality service and products to guests.
All the activities will be carried on according with the hotel’s guidelines and business plan, the division’s goals, the corporate procedures and service concepts.
Minimum requirements:
• 3 years in the same position
• Fluent in English and Italian; German language is a plus
• 5-star hotel experience
