Sereno Hotels is a collection of luxury boutique hotels situated in St Barths and Lake Como.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for our locations in Lake Como, Il Sereno Hotel, member Leading Hotels of the world, 1st Hotel in Italy and 2nd Hotel in Europe for Travel and Leisure.
The front desk department is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Valet/driver to join our team for the summer season 2023.
The Valet/driver is the first person the guest will meet while arriving at the Hotel.
Main duties will be
· Greetings all the guests in arrival and departure
· Managing guests’ luggage
· Parking guest’s cars
· Support the front desk team with all the arrivals and departure
We request:
· Fluent in English and Italian. A third language is preferred.
· Previous Professional experience in the same role
· Strong passion for hospitality and attention to details.
· Knowledge of LQA standards
