Sommelier
The Rome EDITION is looking for a sophisticated and impassionate Sommelier to be part of our fantastic team.
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the ideal candidate will complete opening and closing duties including answer guest questions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines; creating, update and maintain wine lists; pair and suggest wines that will best complement menu items., etc.
Our most successful candidate has:
• Preferred working experience in similar roles in hotels (preferred)
• Very good command of English and Italian
• Problem solving and good organizational and communicational skills
• Passion for the hospitality field and excellence in luxury service
• Great teamwork skills
• Flexibility
• Dedication to creating memorable experiences for our guests
