Receptionist
Global Experts is a leading recruitment agency that helps skilled professionals get the best jobs with trustworthy employers. On behalf of our client, a 4* and 5* Hotels in Ireland, we are looking for receptionists.
Main duties:
– Insure in the smooth running of the front desk
– Assisting junior team members
– Deliver excellent standards of service in a friendly and professional manner to our guests
– Proactively welcome and greet all guests and visitors to the Restaurant and the Hotel
– deal efficiently and courteously with all guest queries
– Deliver consistent, exceptional service in line with the luxury standards
The ideal candidate will:
– A high level of English
– will have 2-4 years experience working on reception
– be able to help train and supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service
– have previous experience in a similar environment
– have a strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 4* and 5* establishments

– monthly salary for the position: Between 1800 Euro/nett -2000 Euro/nett depending of experience
