Floor Supervisor
The Gstaad Palace with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a legendary nightclub is an internationally renowned 5-star luxury hotel. It is owned by the Scherz family and is one of the last traditionally family-run Grand Hotels – a landmark in Switzerland.
We are looking from beginning of December 2026 or by mutual agreement for a:
Floor Supervisor
seasonal contract (Winter Season 2026/2027)
Your area of responsibility includes:
· You will actively support our Executive Housekeeper in all aspects of daily operations
· You ensure the quality standard on the floors and in the public areas
· You create and realise training sessions according to LQA standards
· You will help to delegate and manage our long-standing international housekeeping team
· You respect and promote team spirit and the working atmosphere
· You support the supervision of our staff houses
· Guest care is your top priority and you love to use your foreign language skills skilfully as a result
Qualifications:
· You have completed an apprenticeship with solid housekeeping knowledge
· You have already gained experience in the luxury hotel industry
· You are flexible in dealing with changes and challenges in the 5-star hotel industry
· You are fluent in English, other languages are welcome
