Lindbergh Hotels is always on the lookout for talented and passionate professionals to join our team. For the 2026 season, we are seeking dynamic Hotel Managers to lead, oversee, and manage all aspects of hotel operations at our hotels in Pesaro. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage. Ensure staff is trained, motivated, and working collaboratively to achieve operational excellence.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns, and overseeing quality control in all aspects of the guest stay.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including budgeting, financial performance, staff schedules, inventory, and resources.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor the hotel’s financial performance, manage expenses, and work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Staff Development: Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, providing ongoing training, and developing staff to grow within the company.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior management position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel management software and basic financial principles.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
