The Gstaad Palace, with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a legendary nightclub, is an internationally renowned 5-star luxury hotel. Owned by the Scherz family, it is one of the last traditional family-run grand hotels – a landmark in Switzerland.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Chef de Partie Pâtisserie (m/f)
seasonal contract (summer season 2026)
Your responsibilities include:
· Carrying out all tasks in the production area in accordance with quality and management guidelines
· Preparing, processing and presenting all desserts, cakes and pastries according to the instructions and in consultation with the Chef Pâtissier
· Preparing the required mise en place
· Complying with kitchen standards and hygiene regulations
· Proper storage of all food items
· Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment
· Compliance with all HACCP guidelines
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training as a pastry chef/confectioner
- You have already gained initial professional experience as Chef de Partie Pâtissier in first-class establishments
- In addition to your strong quality awareness, you are flexible, resilient, team-oriented and highly motivated
- Good communication skills in German and English; other languages are an advantage
