As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are recruiting an experienced Revenue Manager to lead pricing, distribution and commercial strategy for San Clemente Palace Venice Resort. This inclusive role is open to all candidates with five‑star experience; strong knowledge of the Venetian luxury market are especially welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing and yield strategies across Leisure, Corporate, MICE, Groups and Wholesale.
- Lead group pricing, displacement and margin analysis; set group rates aligned with luxury positioning.
- Design and price experiential packages (stay & experience, F&B, spa, exclusive events) and monitor profitability.
- Monitor daily KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pick‑up) and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Optimise business mix between transient, group and package revenue.
- Manage distribution and rate parity across OTA, GDS, direct and wholesale channels.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on campaigns, contract negotiations and commercial calendar.
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; produce actionable reports for senior leadership.
Candidate profile
- Proven Revenue Manager experience in five‑star or luxury hotels.
- Strong expertise in group and package commercials.
- Excellent analytical skills and commercial mindset.
- Proficient with PMS/RMS and market intelligence tools (e.g. Opera).
- Strong communicator with cross‑departmental collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Venice luxury market and local distribution partners preferred.
