SPA Manager
New Italian Luxury Hospitality brand with 3 openings planned in Italy between 2026 and 2027. Born with the goal of creating a collection of 10 Hotels in the coming years, the brand is based on an ambitious and original vision of contemporary Hospitality. The Hotels are positioned in the luxury 5-star segment with different and unexpected concepts and a particular focus on design, culture and sensory experiences.
Following two years of extensive renovation, the historic Albergo Italia is reopening as an innovative 5-star luxury Hotel, featuring a contemporary and sophisticated design, aims to offer guests a unique and memorable hospitality experience through impeccable, empathetic, and spontaneous service.

The primary objective of the team is to excel in every aspect of the guest experience—from warm welcomes and personalized attention to the high quality and uniqueness of dining and wellness services.
Role Summary
The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the SPA and wellness facilities. This includes leading the SPA team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing treatment offerings, and overseeing all aspects of operations, including budgeting, retail, scheduling and service quality.
Our Spa Manager plays a vital role in promoting a culture of wellness and luxury in line with the Hotel’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Teambuilding, training and overseeing daily operations of the SPA, including treatment rooms, wellness areas, relaxation lounges and retail.
- Leading by example, developing SPA SOPs and developing a high-performing team of therapists, receptionists and wellness professionals.
- Ensuring all SPA services are delivered with the highest level of professionalism, care and attention to details.
- Developing and updating treatment menus and wellness programs in collaboration with leading brands and therapists.
- Monitoring Guest satisfaction, preempting and respond effectively to feedback and special requests.
- Managing SPA inventory, retail sales and vendor relationships to ensure quality and profitability.
- Overseeing scheduling and operational budgets to ensure efficiency and financial performance.
- Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and Health&Safety SOPs.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales Central Team to promote SPA packages, seasonal offers and membership programs.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and implement innovative concepts to enhance the SPA experience.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Wellness or Hospitality.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role in a luxury SPA or wellness center.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, holistic therapies and wellness trends.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Proficiency in SPA booking and management software.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and attention to details.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts as required.
