Waiter / Waitress Breakfast & Bar
Room Mate Giulia Hotel in Milano, boutique design hotel designed by Patricia Urquiola, right next to Duomo Square & Galleria Vittorio Emanuele is looking for a full time Waiter/Waitress with Bar experience to join our Breakfast & Bar teams.
We are looking for 2 waiters/waitresses ready to start as soon as possible:
One with Bartening experience for mainly evening shifts.
One with Breakfast/coffee service experience for mainly morning shifts.
Tasks & duties:
Disposal to service & attentive, amicable approach to customer care;
Diligent knowledge of our menu and general food & drinks choices;
Teamwork and coordination with other hotel departments (kitchen, reception, managers);
Flexibility on shift work and responsibility of self-management of the work tasks;
Ensuring and maintaining the standard of cleaning and sanification of the work areas;
Following of working procedures internally defined (check list, work processes …);
To support his/her superiors in tasks related to the activity of the area;
Respect and maintenance of the quality and the hotel chain philosophy & standards;
Basic knowledge of food & drink preparation and ingredients.
Previous experience requested:
Intermediate/Advanced level of English;
Intermediate/Advanced level of Italian;
1-2 Years experience as Waiter/Bartender or customer service related jobs.
Studies in Hotels and Tourism will be highly considered;
HACCP Food Handling License Requested.
40 Hours per week.
RAL 22.000 € + Meal Vouchers.
Initial 3/6 Month contract followed by renewal or permanent contract
