An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Office department for a Travel Concierge/Office Administrator to join our intimate boutique Secret Italia Tours team.
Starting on March 3, 2024.
As a Travel Concierge/Office Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for guests by promptly answering emails, chats, calls from North American guests, attending to the guests’ needs and complaints, following the tour guide’s overseas staff, checking if the suppliers we use are up to standard and act quickly in case of emergencies.
What you will be doing
• Office administration
• Be available for guests at all times (complaints, requests etc.)
• Be hands-on and act quickly during emergencies
• Ensure overseas staff is looked after
• Answering calls / emails from our North American guests
• Contributing to the current company’s growing
What are we looking for?
• Previous experience in a tour company environment
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Italian
• Enthusiasm, passion for travel
• Focused on quality
• Mature candidate requirement based in Sicily and Southern Italy only
