The Tour Expert is the driving force behind achieving revenue targets and ensuring guest satisfaction. The purpose of the role is offering attractive tour packages during the cruise and assist guests in local excursions, always respecting the company’s safety standards. The ideal candidate should have Secondary school diploma in Tourism or Languages (bachelor’s degree is highly appreciated), a proven track in Sales, Language skills in English and in 2 other languages (Italian, French, German, Chinese) at B2 level.
