We are looking for natural hosts and passionate hoteliers with a can-do attitude to supervize the restaurant(s) and bar experience offered in Borgo Pignano. The candidates will focus to deliver a great service to our guests and to maximise food and beverage revenue. The Mixologist will report to the Food & Beverage Manager.
The ideal candidates will possess the following key skills:
– Able to deliver a great service;
– A sharp eye for details;
– Excellent team management;
– Knowledge of wine, drinks and culinary trends;
– Spoken and written fluency in English and Italian.
