The HR Search is looking for a Sales Manager, based in Milan, for an International Hotel Group.
The person is responsible for maximazing rooms/F&B/Conference and Banqueting business, Corporate and MICE. Proactively uncovering new prospects for the cluster and miximizing conversion of business in line with the Hotels’ budgetary goals. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative. The person must be flexible and move to any hotels of the Group.
– Proactively manage a pre-determined number of key accounts, key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum yield in rooms and banqueting revenue;
– Maintain valis call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospects;
– To attend any trade fairs as a representative of the Group;
– To reach established targets and ensure appropriate administration is completed;
– ENGLISH and ITALIAN are a MUST;
– Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in local language;
– Good Organised, attention to details, problem solving, teamwork, customer service orientated person;
– Willing to travel extensively.
