Situated in the heart of Tuscany, Relais Borgo Santo Pietro is a luxury five-star boutique hotel and spa, featuring 22 individually styled rooms and suites, a Michelin-starred restaurant and elegant Trattoria, a holistic spa, an onsite cooking school, a natural skincare laboratory and 13 acres of landscaped gardens, an organic farm with market gardens, free-range chickens, honey bees, alpacas, sheep and in-house dairy with the production of artisan cheese and yogurt.
For our 2021 season (April to October) we are seeking the following candidates:

Restaurant Manager for our Michelin starred Restaurant Meo Modo

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager for our Michelin starred Restaurant Meo Modo. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, first class English both written and spoken, is dedicated to personalised service and has a thorough understanding of the standards required in a Michelin starred restaurant. His/her duties will also include overseeing the breakfast and room service. He/she possesses a minimum of 2 year’s experience in similar environments (5-star hotel and/or Michelin starred restaurant), and has a positive and outgoing attitude at all times.

Other qualities include:
• Leadership, team work and team management skills
• Desire to grow professionally
• Availability for shift work
• Neat and orderly presence
• Possess a valid driving license.

Restaurant Manager for our Trattoria and Pool Restaurant

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Trattoria & Pool Restaurant Manager ready to embrace this opportunity in the heart of Tuscany for our in-house traditional Tuscan Trattoria. The role primary responsibility is to oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant and pool and maintain high levels of service and excellence in customer service, oversee day-to-day operations from room service to private events, supervise set-ups, breakdowns, staffing levels and quality of service, ensure that all tasks are well organized and that the expectations of host are exceeded.

Location: Chiusdino (SI).
