Hotel Villa Arcadio is seeking:

Restaurant Floor Manager

What will you do?
You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
You manage staff in all aspects including recruitment, training, schedules and performance appraisals
You are very hands-on and actively supporting on the floor
You are highly attentive to service needs
You maintain a professional relationship with all co-workers
You maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area
You have strong menu and product knowledge (allergies and dietary specifications)

What we look for?
You are available from May 2021
You have more than 5 years related experience in F&B operations
You keep a cool head and a warm heart even during busy times
You are highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented leader
You speak fluent English and Italian
