We are actively recruiting a motivated Reservations Manager, for our partner hotel, a luxurious mountain resort in Austria, with starting date in November or December 2023:
Qualifications & Experience:
– Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management
– 3 years’ experience in similar position for a luxury hotel
– Excellent German and English knowledge is mandatory (oral & written)
– Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, PMS, Channel Manager & OTA’s Extranet systems, and CRM.
– Sales orientated with hands on experience in revenue management, analyzing booking patterns and market trends.
– Already experienced in hotel marketing strategy actions to maximize sales.
– Great abilities to multitask and manage time efficiently while working in a fast-pacing environment, always providing a high-end guest experience.
– Ability to work cohesively as a part of an international team handling a wide range of international clientele
– EU citizen
