Reservations Agent

Lindbergh Hotels is a distinguished group of luxury hotels and resorts located in Italy, specifically in the regions of Marche, Sicily, Umbria, and Emilia Romagna. Founded by Nardo Filippetti, the group embodies values of elegance, Italian character, and personalized service. Each hotel is designed to offer a unique experience, blending local traditions with modern hospitality.

We are looking for two Reservations Agents to join our team, one for our five-star luxury property, Grand Hotel San Pietro in Taormina, and one for our five-star hotel, Excelsior in Pesaro (based at our headquarters in Pesaro), to support our team in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support to Reservations Operations: Assist the Cluster Reservations & Revenue Manager in managing the daily operations of the hotel’s reservations department, ensuring all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately.

– Ensure Five-Star Standards: Ensure that all booking processes and guest interactions meet the highest five-star standards, maintaining exceptional and consistent service quality.

– Excellence in Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

– Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Front Office to ensure smooth operations and maximize guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

– Previous Experience: At least 1 year in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.
– Languages: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (mandatory). Other languages are a plus.
– Attention to Detail: Precision in managing bookings and market segments.
– Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team.
– Desire to Grow and Develop
