Main duties and responsibilities
· Manage relations with our PR Agencies and any media request under the supervision of the departmental manager
· Create and review texts and/or press releases in Italian and English as needed
· Develop and ensure all press material (eg press releases, advertising) is aligned with the agreed narrative and brand values
· Organise and manage press trips, media visits and influencers visits dealing with the hotel departments and other business units
· Manage and update the in-house international media database
· Collect and share relevant articles and news within the company
· Support relevant company representatives in their preparation for media interviews, for the hospitality and estate core messages
· Collect press coverage (clippings)
· Monitor online and offline coverage
· Update the website/other sites press areas referred to Castelfalfi
· Monitor online content on OTAs, TOs, DMC, etc
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a high luxury environment
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Empathy, listening skills and adaptability
- Precision and attention to detail
- Experience managing external agencies
- Experience in dealing with national and international media and influencers
- Skilled in innovative copywriting and editing
- Ability to work both in team and independently, adhering to strict deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills in Italian and English
- Event management experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of social media tools
- Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This research is addressed to candidates of both genders with reference to Italian Law 903/77 and Law 125/91.
This position is based in (FI), Tuscany. Availability of staff accommodation upon request. Candidates should have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
