Night Auditor
If you know art’otel, you know we like to do things differently. Our guests come to us for something that goes beyond their usual hotel expectations, so we’re looking for an amazing Night Auditor to run all night front office operations at art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio.
How you do it:
- Oversee night audit processes, including reconciliations, invoicing, billing, and compliance with payment procedures.
- Manage room allocations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest requests via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle service recovery, guest feedback, and book-outs while liaising with relevant departments.
- Assist with F&B and security duties as required.
- Ensure adherence to emergency procedures, incident reporting, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Proactively promote hotel services, upsell special events, and engage with guests and colleagues professionally.
- Lead by example, supervise the night team, conduct briefings, and support training initiatives.
- Maintain accuracy in reporting and ensure all operations comply with PPHE Hotel Group policies and local regulations.
- What you bring as Night Auditor:
- Solid experience in Front Office operations, including night audits.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train the team.
- Fluency in Italian and English (a third language is a plus).
- Knowledge of PMS Opera preferred.
