REGIONAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

The regional office looks after the Rocco Forte Hotels in the Italian Region, the Hotel Savoy in Florence, the Hotel de Russie and Hotel De La Ville in Rome, the Verdura Resort and Villa Igiea in Sicily and Masseria Torre Maizza in Puglia. Each hotel is characterized by the family philosophy and typical design of the Rocco Forte Hotels, yet reflects the unique character of the location.

Main purpose:
The Regional Marketing Coordinator is part of the Regional Sales & Marketing Team working cohesively at the cluster level and with the individual Italian properties. He or she support the team in promoting key brand programmes, promotions and new initiatives.
Reports to: Regional Director of Marketing.

Main duties & responsibilities:
• Support the Regional Director of Marketing & Team in daily administrative tasks including managing marketing Po’s and invoices, drafting, translating and distributing marketing collaterals, fact sheets;
• Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing database;
• Assist marketing team in keeping all the hotels online profiles up to date with the new pictures (Trip advisors- Booking.com);
• Keep the share drive marketing files up to date;
• Create marketing monthly reports;
• Support the Regional Director of Marketing and team with the ad hoc requests
• Support the marketing team in pre shooting organization and agenda;
• Support the team in updating the website content of all the hotels and in creation of marketing collaterals;
• Proofreading tall the marketing materials and help uploading them in the website;
• Guarantee all material is in line with the Company’s brand guidelines (fonts, logos, style);
• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly activities such as agendas, recaps, activity and Social media reports;
• Support on Digital and Social Media Activities.

• Technical Skills: establish and manage priorities with efficiency. Manage multiple requests and task successfully and in a timely manner. Able to manage projects and willing to take part in business projects with other departments. Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to his/her role (e.g. interviewing techniques).

We require:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree- Marketing, Communications;
• Previous Marketing experience (at least 2 years);
• Excellent computer skills with particular focus on Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word);
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing;
• Teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic – (CRM) is a plus;
• Good knowledge of marketing and digital marketing basics (especially Social Media)
• Italian and English at advanced level.
