LUXURY REAL ESTATE SALES COORDINATOR
We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Coordinator to support our Real Estate Sales Team. His/her mission is to facilitate the Sales Team activities, maximizing their performance and the business development of the company, reporting to the Director of Real Estate Sales.
– Coordinates the sales team by managing schedules and organizing activities
– Manage back-office activities (such as phone calls, updating contacts database, clients follow up)
– Support sales team in delivering strategic sales solutions to achieve sales goals
– Assist in the preparation of promotional material or events
– Assist in scheduling and handling site inspections
– Display a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues alike
Skills & Knowledge
– Experience in Sales within luxury business
– Strong computer skills including MS Office and knowledge of Sales Force CRM preferred
– Great interpersonal skills, commercial attitude
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal English and Italian. A third language would be a plus
~Ability to multitask, and manage multiple projects with ease, and work well under pressure
~Highly detail oriented
-Understands and demonstrates the highest standards of client service
-Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
