Person in charge of the welcoming department taking care of the management of the guest from arrival to farewell, customizing the experience according to the requests expressed before arrival and during the stay. In addition, he/she will ensure that the guest lives a unique experience, tailor-made, anticipating their needs and creating a climate of trust, in compliance with company standards.

Portrait requirements:

Energy and determination, desire to commitment towards a project, love for the city of Florence, attitude to smile, perseverance, and sense of elegance.

• Previous experience in similar positions for international luxury hotels
• Fluency in English; the knowledge of Russian, Chinese or Arabic will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of the Opera system or other hotel management systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem Solving
• Team working
• Availability to work on shifts, including nocturnal, and weekend
