The role involves the cleaning of public areas and rooms, but above all the ability to interpret the needs of the guest by customizing the service delivered, always ensuring compliance with the high-quality standards that distinguish Lungarno Collection.

They complement and enrich the profile: Previous experience in the role in luxury hotels, team working skills and the knowledge of English language will be an additional asset.
