– Hospitality operator
The Hospitality operator is the main reference for information and requests of our Guests. They provide accurate and timely information about the cruise services and handle complaints and requests from the Guest, to deliver an effective, courteous, and professional service.
Requirements: secondary school diploma, previous experience of at least 6 months in similar positions in hotels (receptionist, customer service), English language skills (at least B2 level) and 2 other languages (Italian, Spanish, French or German) at B1 level.
