Head of Maintenance (m/f)
YOUR TASKS:
Plans the budget and monitors the procurement of technical parts and materials
Documents all technical conditions at the hotel and keeps them up to date on a regular basis
Manages the Building Services Department at the hotel
Negotiates with and assigns work to third-party companies / contractors
Monitors maintenance, care, repairs, and servicing for the entire hotel
Is the main person responsible for enforcing safety precautions throughout the entire hotel and fire protection regulation
Coordinates and monitors all maintenance tasks for building services
Works closely together with Reception and Housekeeping and coordinate the daily maintenance work
YOUR PROFILE:
Several years of work experience in a comparable position in the building services sector
Completed vocational training in the area of facility management or a similar area
Fluent English skills; German language is desirable
Can coordinate tasks and is independent
Experience with building maintenance and repairs
Strong service and quality orientation
Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
A can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong solution orientation
Team player
