GROUPS & EVENTS COORDINATOR
In this position You will take over the management of Groups & Events Dept. in consultation with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
The tasks include achieving the budget targets from the MICE segments, planning, organization and conclusion of events, coordination of communication with the internal and external guests maximizing the customers
satisfaction and the business opportunities.
– Minimum two years experience in similar positions in 4* and 5* hotels
– Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Tourism or similar studies
– High level of English (other languages will be valued)
– Knowledge of Opera, Micros and MS Office applications
– Knowledge of Market trends
– Excellent communication and great team work skills
– Objectives orientation
