Front Desk Agent
Room Mate Giulia is looking for a Front Desk Agent to take care of Giulias guests and to give them outstanding service throughout the entire stay.
The front desk agent is responsible for the front of the house during the shift.
The front desk agent becomes the transmitter and receiver of all communication between clients.
Roles and Responsabilities:
Serve the customers before their arrival, on their arrival , during their stay, in their departure.
Perform all those internal support tasks coming from the customer service procedure (balance the cash register, incidents’ register, updating of the system data , etc.).
Coordinate the preparation and room departures with Housekeeping Department.
In the absence of Front Office Coordinator and higher management ensuring guest complaints and issues are resolved and reporting on this to hotel management.
Previous experience in same position.
Tools and software: knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office package.
Italian and English are essential.
Any other languages will be valued such as Chinese.
