Front Desk Agent

We are a boutique hotel in the heart of Rome seeking a Front Desk Agent for rotating shifts.

Requirements:
– Responsibility and reliability
– Strong customer service and guest reception skills
– Proficiency in English (must) and a second language (preferred)
– Minimum of two years of previous experience
– Knowledge of the Opera system (preferred)
