For the NYX Hotel Rome by Leonardo Hotels we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations at our vibrant 4-star lifestyle hotel in the heart of Rome.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, trends, and innovation and brings a creative yet commercially driven approach to enhancing the guest experience.
You will oversee all F&B outlets, including our signature restaurant, lobby bar, pool lounge, and room service, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and a strong brand identity.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES
Lead, manage, and inspire the F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences aligned with the hotel’s lifestyle brand values
Oversee day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets, including breakfast, à la carte service, bar, and banqueting.
Develop and implement F&B strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager to curate creative menus, seasonal offerings, and signature concepts
Monitor quality and consistency of service and product presentation, ensuring adherence to brand standards
Manage department budgets, forecasting, P&L, inventory control, and cost optimization
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations (HACCP).
Actively engage with guests, respond to feedback, and use insights to improve services
Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Events, Front Office) to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest journeys

YOUR PROFILE
BE YOURSELF – Be authentic and yourself
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
Strong understanding of lifestyle hospitality and current F&B trends, especially within the urban and international market
Proven track record of team leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen
Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (spoken and written)
Passionate about guest service, team development, and innovation
Experience in pre-opening and concept development is a plus
